Same Process, New Layout. More Fun.

We still have our step-by-step approach to planning. The task view is now condensed to the pane at the left-hand side of the window. The rest of the screen is used for information but you should not overlook the processes. Most of the time you only will need some steps but sometimes it is necessary to take a closer look everywhere.

Each business function has their own set of processes:

▪ Sales & channel management
▪ Merchandise management
▪ Operations management

Each function in turn has their own reports, in-season and preseason planning processes with relevant activities. Function-based menu is context sensitive and hides unnecessary items from users who do not need them.

Introducing Visual Variances. Lots of.

Each function has their own dashboard providing bird's-eye view of current status:

▪ Sales & channel management dashboard includes top variances from sales split by channels and categories.
▪ Merchandise management dashboards provides top variances from sales split by categories and top overbought and underbought items.
▪ Financial and operations management features quick overview of selected cost or income items.

All variances are automatically calculated over next 12 weeks’ gap between plan and forecast and ranked items are shown based on how they have been ordered by the system administrator.

Forecast, Forecast Everywhere. Automatically.

Just a friendly reminder: all processes include in-season review or forecast enabling you to adjust your existing plan without changing it. In this way you can keep your original target and see the outcome after having applied your best and most current insight.

Also the forecasting feature will allow you to understand what will be your end-of-year outcome if you don’t make any changes to plans.

And yes, the forecasting feature is available in all plans: sales, merchandise and finance, all transparent, all the same aligned figures.
